Nooooo... wait a minute. I know. Hockey Season ended on June 9.

Hey - and who can blame them? If I had 2 weeks of nothing to look at other than snow, moose, maple syrup, and other Canadians, I'd riot too.

That and Canadian bacon looks/tastes suspiciously like ham.

Hey Chris, if you can't provide your papers will they deport you back to the US?

I suppose they could. Not an issue for me, though. Permanent resident.

Yeah, except you forgot to say "eh" at the end of that sentence. Now your visa will be reviewed by mounties.

Yep. And they replaced it with the Alanis Morrisette channel, showcasing her pre-1994 work.

That's enough to make me want to riot.

Now, Chris. You're only an American if all 450 lbs of you step out on the streets wearing a cowboy hat, combat boots, and a T-shirt with George W. Bush's picture on it, waving a flag, firing your second-amendment-protected Smith and Wesson Sigma SW357V singing, "This land is oooooour land, screw you - it's ooooour land, from yer maple forests, up to Arctic Islands... we own your oil, and if you dare to disagree, we've got nukes and you don't, so tee hee heeeeeeee...."

America the Beautiful.

Ok, so I have to admit I found one Canadian export I really like...

Holmes on Homes

I find real joy in watching Mike and the boys go "abut" tearing into peoples homes, uncovering screwed up construction. Plus unlike some other home improvement TV show hosts, the guy can actually do the work himself.
